Graduate Student Assistantships

The Department of Meteorology at San Jose State University has several research assistantships available for its M.S. program. Some current projects include working with satellite data assimilation (via the LAPS system) into MM5, modeling the Martian atmosphere, forecasting stratus at SFO International Airport, and modeling ozone concentrations in the statosphere. Assistantships pay $12K to $15K, depending on background.
