Team Clements captures a fire vortex on video!

Prof. Craig Clements and his research team recently participated in
taking measurements at a prescribed burn in nearby Grant Ranch County
Park. The team was lucky enough to have video rolling (thanks to senior
Andrew Joros) as a fire vortex formed (about one minute into the video).
Prof. Clements also captured turbulence and fire behavior data from a
tower situated near the vortex (visible in the right of the frame).
