Offered every semester (section 80), and sometimes during summer/winter.

  • MET 60, the first semester of our Undergraduate Introduction to Meteorology sequence required of all BS Meteorology candidates (emphasis on the Earth system and on physical meteorology in this class).

Requires passage of the first calculus class (MATH 30), and co-enrollment in the 2nd calculus class (MATH 31) and the 1st physics class (PHYS 50), as well as co-enrollment in METR 50.

  • MET 61, the second semester of our Undergraduate Introduction to Meteorology sequence required of all BS Meteorology candidates (emphasis on dynamics meteorology and climate in this class).

Requires co-enrollment in the 3rd calculus class (MATH 32) and the 2nd physics class (PHYS 52), as well as co-enrollment in METR 51.

  • MET 121A, the first semester of our Undergraduate Dynamics sequence required of all BS Meteorology candidates.

Requires all college-level calculus classes to be passed, each with a grade of C- or better. There are other pre-requisites.
