I believe in a 'hands-on' approach to my
teaching. I feel that it allows the student more flexibility in
their learning experience and it also provides them access to
state-of-the-science instrumentation and analysis techniques. My
goal is to develop a curriculum and learning environment that is
not only challenging, but also encouraging. The result, I hope,
is a more creative and independent experience for the student.
